This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies HireEase uses, and the choices you have. HireEase is operated by VentureEase Enterprises. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. HireEase uses only a small number of them, grouped into two honest categories.
1. Essential cookies (always active)
These are required for HireEase to work and to keep your account secure. They can't be switched off, and we don't need your consent for them — they set no advertising or tracking data.

| Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare cookies) | Protects our newsletter sign-up and waitlist forms from automated abuse. The newsletter form is in the site footer, so this loads when you open most public pages, including the home page, whether or not you use the form. It does not load on our sign-in page or inside your account dashboard. A security measure — not analytics or advertising; Cloudflare receives your IP address and request metadata, may set its own cookies on its own domain, and gives us only a pass/fail result. 2. Analytics cookies (off unless you allow them)
HireEase runs first-party analytics only — our own data, never sold and never shared with advertisers. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracker. Nothing in this category runs until you opt in on the cookie banner; it is off by default, and you can withdraw your choice at any time.

Payments
When you pay, checkout happens on Stripe's secure hosted pages. Stripe sets its own cookies on Stripe's domain under Stripe's privacy policy; HireEase does not embed Stripe tracking on its own pages.
Managing your choices
On your first visit we show a banner where you can Accept all, allow Essential only, or Customize. You can reopen those choices any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
