This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies HireEase uses, and the choices you have. HireEase is operated by VentureEase Enterprises. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. HireEase uses only a small number of them, grouped into two honest categories.
1. Essential cookies (always active)
These are required for HireEase to work and to keep your account secure. They can't be switched off, and we don't need your consent for them — they set no advertising or tracking data.

2. Analytics cookies (off unless you allow them)
HireEase sets no analytics or advertising cookies today. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracker. If we ever add analytics to understand how the site is used, it will be first-party (our own data, never sold) and will load only after you opt in — off by default. You can change your choice at any time.
Payments
When you pay, checkout happens on Stripe's secure hosted pages. Stripe sets its own cookies on Stripe's domain under Stripe's privacy policy; HireEase does not embed Stripe tracking on its own pages.
Managing your choices
On your first visit we show a banner where you can Accept all, allow Essential only, or Customize. You can reopen those choices any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
Changes to this policy
