Damian brings over 10 years of freelancing experience to HireEase. After transitioning from the U.S. Air Force in 2015, he experienced firsthand the challenges of building a freelance career and the disconnect between businesses seeking talent and knowledge professionals seeking opportunity.
With a Master of Entrepreneurship and deep roots in the Gainesville community, Damian is building the platform he wished existed when he started his freelancing journey.
